Project Details
- Manse worked in partnership with Rolls-Royce to secure the regeneration of their 50 acre former manufacturing facility at Mavor Avenue in East Kilbride. The site was a former manufacturing facility for Rolls-Royce.
- Manse obtained planning consent for 354 houses, 23,347 sq. m of business space and 2,482 sq. m of retail accommodation.
- The residential land was sold to Barratt Homes, whilst the retail warehouse site was pre-let, externally funded and developed by Manse. The employment land was sold to a developer.
