David has been working in the commercial property market since 1990, when he joined St Quintin, in the West End of London. Subsequently, he worked for Baring, Houston and Saunders (ING Real Estate) in the City, then moved to Scotland, working for Scottish Widows Investment Partnership. Before setting up on his own, he was an investment director at Kilmartin.

In conjunction with Fiera Real Estate, he set up Manse in 2009 and is the majority shareholder.

Manse has been successful in every deal it has completed, from a large 80-acre brownfield site in Aberdeen, to two joint ventures with Rolls-Royce Plc, and many smaller deals in between.

David lives in the countryside outside of Edinburgh with his wife and their three children.

Colin joined Manse in 2013, having spent 20 years working on the planning, delivery and marketing of major mixed-use development projects such as Waterfront Edinburgh, Quartermile Edinburgh, and Newcastle Science Central (now known as The Helix).

Since joining Manse, Colin has been responsible for the delivery of a variety of retail, office, and industrial projects throughout the UK. Of particular note is his work in collaboration with Rolls-Royce, on the regeneration of their vacant landholdings in both East Kilbride, South Lanarkshire and at Prospero Ansty in the West Midlands.

Through these projects, Colin has overseen the delivery of over 1.5m sq. ft of office and industrial accommodation, along with over 300 residential units, and 32,000 sq. ft of retail space.

Colin is married and has three teenage children, which is why he doesn’t play as much golf as he would like.

David is a general practice surveyor with 12 years of experience within the commercial and residential property markets.

He started his property career as an agency surveyor with Reith Lambert. Specialising in capital markets, he advised a wide range of institutional and private clients.

Following deals with Ediston Real Estate, he moved client side to Ediston to manage the Clydebuilt LP portfolio (Strathclyde Pension Fund). This comprised £110m of properties across various commercial asset classes.

Most recently, David spent 3 years working as a land manager in the residential sector for Keepmoat and Carmichael Homes, delivering multiple sites for a mixture of private and affordable housing.

David has an active life outside work involving his young family and numerous outdoor pursuits, in particular football and winter sports.

Ray has over 50 years of experience in development and investment. He began his career at Lambert Smith & Partners, becoming Chief Executive and steering their sale to Abaco.

Ray played a key role in creating Lambert Smith Hampton, one of the UK's top agencies, before leading a management buy-out and founding Fiera Real Estate (formerly Palmer Capital) in 1992.

Charles joined Fiera Real Estate in 2013 and became Head of UK Real Estate in 2022, overseeing business strategy and management. His prior experience includes roles in corporate finance at Ernst & Young and BNP Paribas Real Estate, focusing on capital raising and Central London assets.

Charles is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Investment Committee.
