Manse LLP are pleased to welcome David Thorburn to the team. David has joined as Acquisition Director, responsible for sourcing new Development, Investment and Land Promotion opportunities.
David started his property career as an agency surveyor with Reith Lambert. Specialising in Capital Markets, he advised a wide range of institutional and private clients. Following successful deals with a well-known Scottish property company, he moved client side to work for them and managed an institutional pension fund portfolio. This comprised of >£100,000,000 of properties across all commercial asset classes.
Most recently David spent 3 years working in the residential sector as a Land Manager delivering sites for a mixture of private and affordable housing.
