Manse Opus is delighted to announce the forward funding sale of its 856,000 sq.ft Grade A industrial scheme at Prospero Ansty Park (“Prospero”). This is the biggest deal yet on its Prospero development, being one of the largest vacant possession industrial deals to complete in the area last year.
Manse Opus have been active on Prospero for over five years. These new units bring the total amount developed or under development by Manse Opus at Prospero to over 1.4million sq.ft There are plans for the delivery of further units over the short term.
The forward funding is for four units of 300,000 sq ft, 171,000 sq ft, 268,000 sq ft, 116,000 sq ft all of which have been sold with vacant possession. Manse Opus is the developer and is targeting actual completion in early 2024.
The scheme demonstrates Manse Opus’ commitment to delivering buildings that are fit for the future, combining high quality finishes with high energy efficiency, low carbon solutions and importantly lower costs for its future occupiers. Manse Opus will be delivering some of the top sustainability certifications, including BREEAM Excellent and EPC A ratings.
Set in 196 acres, the award-winning park is already home to major occupiers, including Rolls-Royce, Cadent Gas and aerospace company, Parker Meggitt. The site, zoned for employment is located six miles to the north east of Coventry City Centre and offers an excellent solution for both businesses and employees.
