Project Details

  • Manse entered into a joint venture with Rockspring Property Investment Managers on this 100,000 sq. ft shopping centre. Manse’s role was to asset and development manage the centre.
  • The JV pre-let 90,000 sq. ft, of which 70,000 sq. ft was to Wm Morrison Supermarkets, 13,500 sq. ft to Home Bargains and 8,000 sq. ft to Poundworld.
  • The site sold in December 2014 for circa £40 million.
