- Manse is working in partnership with Fiera Real Estate Long Income Fund, who have acquired 37 ground leases and 1 standing investment in Aberdeen, from the Aberdeen Harbour Board.
- There are a number of asset management opportunities to increase the income level. In addition to which a number of head leases are short in duration and this will provide the chance to increase the value of the asset.
